Terms of use

Mikonos Restaurant · 50 Scotch Road, Ewing, NJ 08628 · Last updated 13 October 2026

The short version. This website shows our menu and lets you send us a catering or table request. Nothing is charged here. Food orders go through DoorDash or Uber Eats, and a request only becomes a booking once we confirm it with you.

Using this website

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use it. You may use the site to look at our menu, find us and send us a request. Please do not misuse it, for example by sending false requests or trying to get into the parts of it that are for restaurant staff.

Ordering food

You cannot order or pay on this website. The Order buttons open DoorDash or Uber Eats. An order you place there is between you and that company, under its own terms and prices, which may differ from the prices shown here.

Catering and table requests

Sending a catering or table request is a request, not a booking. It is confirmed only when we contact you to confirm it, by phone or email.
The catering estimate on the site is a guide before tax. Your final price is the one we agree with you.
Please give us a name and a phone number that reach you, so we can answer. If we cannot reach you, we may not be able to hold the date.

Menu, prices and hours

We keep the menu, prices and opening hours on this site up to date, but they can change, and a dish can sell out. If something matters to you, call us before you come. Photographs show the dish; how it looks on the day can vary.

Allergies

If you have a food allergy, tell us before you order. Please call us to ask about a dish rather than relying on this website.

Reviews and other websites

The reviews shown here come from our Google listing and are the reviewers' own words. Links to DoorDash, Uber Eats, Google and other sites take you to websites we do not run, and we are not responsible for them.

Our content

The words, photographs and design of this site belong to Mikonos Restaurant. Please ask before using them.

Responsibility

We do our best to keep this site accurate and working, but it is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses caused by an error on the site or by the site being unavailable.

Privacy

How we handle what you send us is explained in our privacy policy.

Changes and the law

We may update these terms, and the date at the top changes when we do. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
