The short version. This website has no advertising tags and does not track you. We count visits without cookies and without knowing who you are. We only ever receive your details if you send us a catering request or a table request. We use them to answer that request and nothing else, we never sell them, and you can ask us to delete them at any time by calling (609) 883-9333.
What we collect, and only when you send it
There are two forms on this site that send anything to us: the catering request and the table request. When you fill one in and press send, we receive:
- your name and phone number
- your email address, if you chose to give one — it is optional
- the date, time and number of people you asked for
- for catering, the occasion and service, the trays you picked, if any, and the estimate shown
- any notes you typed
That is all of it. There is no account to make and no password to choose.
What we do with a request
- We get back to you — with a quote for catering, or to confirm your table. That is the point of it.
- We email you, if you gave an address: once to say we have your request, once when it is confirmed (or, if we cannot do it, once to ask you to call us), and reminders two days before and on the morning. That is the complete list. There is no mailing list to join and no marketing — the only emails we ever send are about the order you asked us for.
- The owner is emailed a copy of your request, so it is not missed, and can reply to you from there.
- The owner's phone is notified too. The notification shows your name, the date and the number of people. It deliberately does not include your phone number or address, because a notification can appear on a locked screen.
Where it is kept, and for how long
Your request is stored in the restaurant's own database, hosted by Cloudflare in the United States. Only the restaurant can open it, behind a password. We keep requests so we have a record of what was agreed and can look it up if there is a question about your event.
Ask us and we will delete it. Call (609) 883-9333 and ask for Veronica, and say you want your request removed. You do not have to give a reason, and you do not need to have ordered anything.
What we never do
- We do not sell, rent or share your details with anyone for marketing.
- We do not run advertising tags, tracking pixels or session recording, and we do not build a profile of you.
- We do not take card details on this website. No payment is ever processed here — catering is settled directly with the restaurant.
Other companies you may reach from here
- DoorDash and Uber Eats. The Order buttons open DoorDash or Uber Eats in a new tab. Once you are there you are on their website, and what happens to your details is covered by their privacy policy, not this one. We do not see your order until the app sends it to us.
- Resend delivers the emails about your request, to you and to the restaurant.
- Google. The reviews on the home page come from the restaurant's own Google listing. They are fetched by our server, not your browser, so Google is not told that you visited this site. The typefaces are loaded from Google Fonts, which does mean your browser requests a file from Google's servers.
- Cloudflare hosts this website and keeps ordinary server logs, which include visitors' IP addresses for a short period, as every web host does. We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are read. It sets no cookies, does not follow you to other websites, and gives us totals only, never who you are.
What your browser stores
This site saves one or two small preferences on your own device — which view of the page you last used — so it looks the same when you come back. They contain nothing personal, never leave your device, and clearing your browser data removes them. There is one cookie on this domain, and it is the restaurant staff's own sign-in; it is never set for customers.
Children
This site is not aimed at children and we do not knowingly collect anything from them. If you believe a child has sent us their details, call us and we will delete them.
Changes
If we change what this site collects, we change this page at the same time, and the date at the top changes with it.
